Product, Payment & Pricing
- All orders are subject to stock availability and order acceptance. We cannot guarantee the availability of all products displayed on our website. Whilst we intend for everything on this site to be stocked, some items may slip through. If your selection is out of stock, you will be contacted by a member of the team and offered a similar alternative, if available. We can also notify you when the product is restocked, upon request.
- Adelaide Hills Cleaning Supplies reserves the right to discontinue any product without notice.
- All product prices are subject to change and any price changes will be updated on the product listings.
- We use Stripe as our secure payment gateway and offer Paypal as well as Afterpay as alternative deferred payment options. Their respective privacy policies apply to all transactions.
Order Confirmation

This does not guarantee acceptance of the order, as we reserve the right to cancel due to any unforeseen circumstances, such as availability. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept upon dispatching your products and sending an email notification of the shipment.
Warranty Policy
Warranties are by default with the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). To initiate a claim, please contact the respective OEM or alternatively, reach out to us, where we can liaise between the manufacturers and our customers to facilitate warranty claims on your behalf. Please note: engaging us as your third party for warranty purposes will ad an additional layer of logistics involved and in turn will take longer to process or receive your desired outcome. It is always quicker for the customer to contact the EOM's directly, although if you're happy with the additional processing time, we will be happy to liaise on your behalf.
Usage Restrictions and Safety Guidelines
The use of our products is subject to restrictions and limitations as outlined in the manufacturers’ guidelines. Customers are advised to carefully review and adhere to these guidelines to ensure safe and effective usage. Failure to comply may void warranties and result in product damage or safety risks.
Returns
