Yes! We are open to the public from 8 to 10 am every Monday to Friday and most Saturdays! For times outside of these hours, feel free to email or text us to arrange an alternative pickup/shop time.
We are focused on 'no frills, no fuss' so our appointment times are extremely flexible! Just contact us on 0432 399 066 by text or call and we’ll get your cleaning needs sorted as fast as we can (within reason of course!)
No - the vast majority of items will be in stock, however we have a large network of suppliers spanning with 1,000's of products, and as such cannot physically house all items we can access in our warehouse. We stock the majority and the most popular, but can access much more!
The majority of what you see here is in stock - due to our quick turnaround time, if you have ordered something not currently in stock, we can still usually have it dispatched within a few additional days.
Additionally any items marked 'out of stock' are currently OOS with the supplier and as such cant be purchased until the stock is replenished. Everything else, if not physically in our warehouse will only a matter of a few days until restocked.
Should an item you have ordered not be in stock - we will contact you with further details, either with an ETA of the order and/or a suitable alternative.
Regardless, we will contact you to find the solution that suits you and your needs best!
We service and repair every brand of vacuum cleaner/cleaning machines pending respective parts required being available.
We offer flexible options for payments, whether that’s invoicing, accounts (for approved account holders only) Afterpay or cash and card payments!

Turn-around times on repairs vary pending the amount of the repairs booked in at any one time. Typically a rough average would be 7-10 days. Express repairs are also available for an additional fee (only 5 slots available at any one time) with a guaranteed 48hr turnaround time pending parts/ consumables required are in stock. Contact us to find out more!
Whilst we aim to service the Adelaide Hills customers as our first priority, we certainly can arrange delivery outside of the Hills. Text or call us for a delivery quote to your area. Where we can deliver ourselves we will, alternatively we will explore freight options for those outside of Adelaide.
We will be as flexible as possible - the more notice given, the higher the chances of us accomodating your request although there is no 'set' time needed. We will either accept your request or arrange another suitable alternative that works for both you and us!
Should all requested items be in stock, we will automatically pack orders once a day during the manned hours of 8am-10am. If your order comes through after these hours, by default it will get packed the next business day. If you need to arrange same day pickup, text or call us and we will work some magic and make every attempt to meet your request!
Businesses with an ABN will certainly be able to pay via invoice. General public may be able to pay via invoice pending prior approval. Please reach out to determine your individual eligibility.
